Luna Breaching

Luna (L98) leaping into the air. Based off a dream I had of him about a week ago, though the dream didn't specify if he was wild or in captivity. I hope he stays wild, so that's how I portrayed him. Not sure if I like the splashes - can I have your honest opinion of them? I might redo them if I get some suggestions.

I'm really angry about his current situation. A First Nations group (aka Native Americans, aka Indians) keeps leading Luna away from the capture site, preventing him from being returned to his pod (family). They're petting him, sticking their hands in his mouth, and even talked about capturing him for themselves, so he wouldn't be returned. And they're getting away with it because they have "strong beliefs" and Luna is "important to them" while anybody else would be severely fined.

What about the beliefs of all the people who volunteered hours and hours and donated money towards Luna being returned home? He's just as important to them. This other group did nothing until Luna was going to be moved. He's already been injured several times. He's starved for social interaction. His population is threatened. They need him more than some First Nations group of people.
